What obligations do I incur by registering?

You do not incur any additional obligations by registering for the easyBo Photo Service. Since the easyBo Photo Service is performed in a protected area, your registration and login are required. Theoretically, you can register for the easyBo Photo Service without ordering a room photo for the flooring presentation.

What happens with my personal information after registration?

Your personal information is used to ensure smooth processing of your order. It is used to monitor who has placed an order at what time and for processing payments.

How do I learn when my room photo for the flooring presentation is available for downloading?

You will be sent an e-mail message to the e-mail address indicated during registration. On the "My data - Notification" page you can also opt to be notified via SMS. Upon notification, you can download the room photo from your user account as many times as you like or use it for presentation on the Internet.

Can I also use the processed image file of my room photo in other graphic programs?

No, that's not possible. The room photos processed with the easyBo Photo Service can only be used in the presentation software "ESIGN Floor Studio" and "Web Floor Studio." However, during an on-site flooring presentation the customer service representative can print out the results of the flooring presentation or save it as an image file.
