With MarketingManager PIM (MMS), ESIGN now offers a visual product information system that allows company-wide access to all relevant product data. Independent of the server location and data storage, the product information is combined in the MMS and linked according to individual rules. If needed, image data can be automated in various formats (TIF/JPEG, etc.), color profiles and image sizes. The Web Media Database included in the overall package ensures smooth communication with external partners such as dealers, agencies and media companies, who can download the desired graphic product information anytime via browser.

The MarketingManager PIM was already successfully launched by a laminate manufacturer. A second company-wide introduction is currently under way.

Product and room photos, item master data, technical documentations and specifications, PDF catalogs, translations, etc.: In the MMS, all marketing- and sales-relevant product information is captured and linked in such a manner that it is immediately accessible for item- and topic-related inquiries. The MMS offers each employee the opportunity to generate his or her own overviews of the product data. Once established, the MMS automatically reconciles the information and highlights updated or new data.

At the touch of a button, you can open the predefined product overviews at any time, display detailed information on the individual products and provide image data for inquiries and marketing activities in the shortest time. Without having to rely on external image processing software (e.g. Photoshop), employees can adjust the image data to the requirements at hand and directly release them for further processing. As a result, response times and the cost for responding to customer inquiries will decrease significantly.

The product search occurs via entry of keywords such as product features, item/decor number, collections, etc. The visual search results can be used for generating new overviews and can be forwarded to team members. Thanks to these search profiles, the selection and display of marketing materials and product information can be almost automated for any number of customer groups.

In the Detail View, employees will find all item and media data associated with the product that can be linked to additional search profiles with related product data. This creates a network of data links based on which employees can compile and send out product information in graphic and text form for an inquiry in no time at all.

With the Web Media Database, you provide your marketing and sales staff as well as external partners with a web-based 24/7 media service. Users with access privileges can download product-related media data such as product photos and videos, technical drawings and catalogs at any time. The user administration in the Web Media Database allows management of various access privileges to the media data. Based on these access privileges, you determine which users can download the media data in high or low resolution or which data overviews will be available to them.

Once authenticated, the media data can be searched via a large variety of product features. Item or decor numbers, collection names or surface materials: Depending on the level of detail in the query, the user will receive complete product overviews or will be directly provided with the specific media data for an individual product. Technical documents such as installation instructions, product specifications or accessories are linked and will also be displayed.

Cross-publishing for many different areas of application

With the publishing module, the MMS offers an efficient tool for providing product information in graphic or text form for catalogs, brochures, price lists, websites, etc. at the touch of a button. Graphic product data can be issued in different formats (e.g. tif, jpg), color modes (e.g. CMYK ICC-Profil isocoated39L V2.0) and image sizes (online or print usage), even with a watermark for copyright labeling, if needed. If you are using Web Floor Studio or Web Interior Studio in your everyday marketing activities, the publishing module supports the release of product information for use in the ESIGN marketing tools.

Simple management of multilingual product information

For the provision of product information abroad and for the collaboration of international teams, the MMS can be directly set up in multilingual mode. Thanks to Unicode, the MMS supports Asian and Eastern European language versions. When creating overviews, the search profiles can be directly defined multilingually and transferred to the international employees.
