New industry-specific product MarketingManager expands FloorMarket product line.

Combination of media and product information The concept of the MarketingManager is very simple. Independent of marketing channels and output format, all marketing-relevant data are entered into and managed in a centralized database in a media-neutral manner. For each marketing channel, the staff will look for the desired marketing materials and make them available for further processing. Very quickly, product and room photos from a centralized data source can be provided for printing, PDF catalogs with product descriptions can be prepared and FloorMarket Internet and desktop applications can be supplied with new image data and catalogs. "Even for individual customer groups, individual marketing materials can be created without having to newly enter the required data or procure them in a time-consuming manner. MarketingManager facilitates very cost-efficient customer differentiation," Frank Schmied explained the cost-savings potential. Via search profiles, the selection and display of suitable marketing materials can be almost automated for any number of customer groups. Generating new marketing materials Once the primary product and media data are stored in MarketingManager, the combination with other FloorMarket tools such as Floor Studio Pro and easyBo Photo Service Pro provides separate options for creating new marketing materials. Room and product photos can easily be converted into new ambiance and assortment photos, which can then be made available in MarketingManager for marketing activities throughout the company. For the second quarter of 2010, ESIGN has announced the new FloorMarket product MarketingManager, which allows centralized, company-wide management of all marketing-relevant data. MarketingManager represents the first time that ESIGN has combined the centralized management of product and media data with the automated provision of marketing materials for Internet, POS and print activities. Currently in its beta phase, the software system will soon be tested and optimized during the everyday marketing operations of three flooring manufacturers.
