Digital capture of flooring products on a 1:1 scale, up to individual dimensions of 2.35 by 1.35 m
Sharp structural focus and brilliant colors With its short recording distance of 10 to 15 cm, the Cruse scanner captures each spot of the surface structure at a constant recording angle and with constant lighting. Typical attributes of photography such as lens distortion around the edges or differences in color and brightness have been completely eliminated. The standardized and uniform digitization of the products allows consistent recording quality even for those proportions of length and width that are unfavorable for photographs (e.g. floorboards 2200 mm by 180 mm).
Applications all the way to large-format printing ESIGN offers the product scans in three different resolutions. Depending on the usage requirements, the image files of the product scans are stored on a scale of 1:1, 1:2 and 1:4. If the product scans are generated on a scale of 1:1, detailed surface photos up to A3 format and a print resolution 300 dpi of can be generated with the easyBo Photo Service Pro. For product visualizations with a near-floor perspective, the image size increases to as much as A1 format. Using other printing methods, you can generate additional low-cost and effective marketing materials for indoor and outdoor products. If the corresponding room photo templates are available, the product scans can be used to generate new interior photographs sized 3.50 m by 4.95 m. The image results are suitable for large-format prints on trucks, outdoor tarps and motif banners that are visible at long distance. For the digital capture of flooring products, ESIGN has now converted from photography to the new scan service. Together with its long-term exclusive partner, Bluestudios GmbH, ESIGN now uses the high-end scan system by Cruse for product visualization, which allows the digital and true-to-scale capture of different flooring formats up to individual dimensions of 2.35 by 1.35 m. The Cruse scan systems are renowned for their high-quality and large-scale reproductions of artwork, surface structures and textile decorations.
Thanks to the short recording distance and consistent lighting, the Cruse scan system renders surface structures with three-dimensional effect, maximum focus and in true color across the entire area. Special structures such as brushed or hand-scraped surfaces can be visualized true to the original either in detail or over the entire area and used to generate new detail, surface or ambiance photos with easyBo Photo Service Pro.
