Every web shop customer appreciates when a provider helps with product searching. This could take the form of a suggestion for the right set of floor care products, the correct baseboards for parquet flooring or an alternative parquet product that differs in either dimensions or assortment. ESIGN has developed two new modules for the Web Floor Studio and Web Interior Studio products that display alternatives in a product-related manner and provide a clear-cut listing of accessories.

Display alternative products

Not every product will meet the customer's taste directly and 100% of the time. Frequently, there are nuances that the customer perceives as non-optimal. With the Alternative Product Module, you can generate lists of related products for each product, thereby helping customers discover the right product simply and without a time-consuming search. For each selected product, alternatives are displayed in real time.

List available accessories

More complicated for customers is the search for matching accessories, since they neither know the product logic nor will they be willing to learn about it. The Accessories Module takes up the specific product logic and generates illustrated lists of accessories in real time. During list generation, one accessory can be assigned to multiple products. This way, the customer receives an overview of available secondary products as early as during product presentation.
